Community Story Time
25 min | FREE | Toddler/Pre-K structured but all ages welcome!
This community-centered class invites young children and their caregivers to enjoy 1-2 stories, interactive songs, and a story-related craft or activity. This combination of reading, music, and creative play supports early childhood development, early literacy skills, social interaction, and imaginative thinking.

Music Play Hour

This interactive class is designed to give preschoolers the opportunity to explore the joy of music through hands-on play and integrate music as a natural part of children’s lives. Classes include singing, musical games, simple music vocabulary and concepts, kid-friendly instruments, and a music-related craft or activity. This class fosters creativity, rhythm, and early musical skills.

Interactive Elementary Literacy
55 min | $20 | ages 5-12 | Ideal for homeschoolers
This class is designed to build literacy skills through hands-on activities. The class includes reading stories, playing literacy games like story-sequencing and story-building, and completing a story-related project. This class aims to integrate play and creativity into reading, fostering a love of learning and enhancing comprehension and critical thinking.
Student drop-off IS permitted! Please note: Prior approval is required for students needing special accommodations to attend without a caregiver.

Classes may include story reading and acting, story-related games, kid-friendly instruments, music games, interactive songs, and projects or crafts using a variety of materials. This class provides a fun and meaningful way for families to connect, play, bond, and have fun together.
Cost includes 1-2 caregivers & one child, +$10 per additional child

Kids Crafty Hour at Roses By the Stairs Brewing

Join us for a fun-filled Kids' Crafty Hour, where little artists can unleash their creativity while parents relax and enjoy a local beer. All craft materials provided!
A General $20 ticket includes one child and one beer for the parent. Additional siblings are $10.

The Specialized Instruction Rate applies to students who require customized teaching approaches, including additional preparation, adaptive materials, or specialized techniques to ensure a supportive and effective learning experience. Through our commitment to safety, inclusivity, and support for neurodiverse and at-risk youth, we aim to foster an environment where creativity flourishes and every individual feels valued and seen.
Meet Tessa
With a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from ASU, specializing in Family & Human Development and Religious Studies, Tessa has gained work experience across cultures, within the nonprofit sector, with high-needs and at-risk youth, in the education field, and through the performing arts. Tessa has taught within a variety of environments including public schools, homeschool settings, behavioral health centers, youth summer camps, music studios, and after school programs.
